Entandem, PLLC provides professional services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. All fees are for time, expertise, and administrative work performed. This Refund Policy does not waive or limit any legal rights or obligations established by court order, state law, or contractual agreement. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Refund Policy - the basics
At Entandem, PLLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional services with integrity and care. Because our services are delivered through time, expertise, and administrative effort, we generally do not provide refunds once a service has been rendered.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Prepaid Services

Fees paid in advance for services not yet rendered may be refunded minus any administrative costs if canceled within 7 business days of payment.

Once work has begun (including preparation, document review, or communication on your behalf), fees are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:
